Essential Recipe: Healthy Digestion Smoothie

This green smoothie is packed with digestion-enhancing and immune-boosting foods.

Take on the world! Loaded with vitamin A, C, B6, iron, potassium, magnesium, protein, healthy fats, beneficial bacteria, and dietary fiber.

  • 1 c frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 c packed, fresh parsley leaves
  • handful of baby spinach, kale or any leafy green
  • 1/2 c filtered water
  • 1/2 c coconut water
  • 3 Tbs raw hemp seeds
  • probiotic powder from a PB Assist+ capsule*
  • ginger - 1 tsp fresh grated, or 1 drop ginger essential oil*

Put all ingredients together and blend on highest speed until smooth. Enjoy!
